Sports Massage

Sports massage combines neuromuscular, myo-fascial, lymphatic and other techniques for the preventive, rehabilitative and emotional healing of an athlete. During the session, we will assess and treat myo-fascial dysfunction created by injury, strain and/or imbalances resulting in compression from another area.
