New members receive two private, 60-minute contrast therapy sessions per month for $80/month during their first three months. After the introductory period, the membership automatically continues at the standard two-session Recovery Membership rate of $136/month.
Each session includes 60 minutes of private access to an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and Vitamin C shower, allowing you to alternate between heat and cold at your own pace.

Terms and Conditions
Introductory offer is available to new Be Well contrast therapy members only. Membership includes two 60-minute private contrast therapy sessions per month for $80/month during the first three consecutive months. A three-month minimum initial membership commitment is required.
Following the three-month introductory period, the membership will automatically continue at the standard Recovery Membership rate of $136/month unless canceled or changed in accordance with the Be Well membership agreement. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or introductory offers. Membership rates and policies are subject to the terms of the membership agreement.
