Karis is a bodywork therapist specializing in an integrative, holistic approach that tailors each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients. A graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, she has been practicing in wellness centers and therapeutic settings across the country since 2012. Karis is trained in a wide range of modalities, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, polarity therapy, reflexology, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, and therapeutic energy work, among others. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Karis is a Certified Core Synchronism Practitioner and Natural Therapeutics Specialist. She holds a kind, professional space where everyone is welcome. Outside of bodywork, Karis loves being outdoors, and her favorite things are music, movement, and mountains.
