Alicia is a graduate of the Bancroft school of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA which she graduated in 2015. During her time in school, she got a chance to work at the Boston Marathon post-race. Since then she has had an interest in deep tissue massage therapy and specializes in myofascial release techniques, pin and stretch movement with massage and trigger point therapy assisting athletes and clients with acute and chronic injuries. Alicia is passionate about teaching and educating her clients on the long term benefits of what massage therapy has to offer for everyone and everybody. Being able to heal the body through a natural process such as massage has peaked her interest, and she is always continuing to educate herself to better help heal her clients and get “back to basics”. She believes that “massage therapy is not a luxury, it's where to start”.
