Ngoc, Licensed Massage Therapist

Position: Licensed Massage Therapist
Biography:
For Ngoc, practicing massage and bodywork is an expression of deep gratitude for being able to dive into the technical aspects of the body and all at once dive into the intuitive aspects of the soul. Being able to bridge the gap and to play within the duality of life allows Ngoc to be a conscientious, present, and grounded facilitator for her clients’ wellbeing and growth. Ngoc enjoyed working with a variety of people from different backgrounds. Her clients included homemakers, business professionals, weekend warriors, professional athletes. Within her practice, she supported people who suffered from chronic pain, accidents, and repetitive injuries; people who wanted to sustain and maximize the most out of their physical performance; and people who were at the edge of change and personal growth. Her initial training in massage and bodyworks consisted of a 1000 hrs holistic health program at Santa Barbara Bodyworks where the emphasis of study was in functional movement, integration and embodiment, neuromuscular deep tissue, craniosacral, and visceral manipulation. Some of her continued education included Core Awareness courses with Liz Koch, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, Continuum Movements, Plant-based culinary and nutrition training, Medical Massage with Dr. Ross Turchaninov, intuitive and energy awareness developments, Holy Fire Reiki Master, and psycho-spiritual life coaching with Mariel Diaz. Outside of work, Ngoc loves exploring nature through hiking, and driving around the many beautiful winding Colorado’s roads in a cute red convertible Beetle. She currently has an active passion for food, knitting, vocalizing, and ecstatic dancing.
